Our Club Policies

At Carrum Patterson Lakes Junior Football Club, we’re proud of the positive, inclusive environment we’ve built for our kids, families, and volunteers.

Footy is about more than just the game — it’s about respect, teamwork, and creating a safe space where everyone feels welcome.

It’s up to all members, players, parents, and attendees to call out inappropriate behaviour, support one another, and help us maintain a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable club culture.

If you see something that goes against these values, please speak up or let a club representative know.

We have zero tolerance for antisocial behaviour.

A quick reminder to all players, parents, and supporters: by being part of CPLJFC, you agree to uphold our Codes of Conduct (linked below).

We expect everyone to treat umpires, players, coaches, and fellow supporters with respect at all times.

Behaviour that goes against our values will not be tolerated — and individuals may be asked to leave the ground without hesitation.

If these standards aren’t something you’re prepared to follow, then this isn’t the place for you.

Let’s work together to make our club a safe space our kids can enjoy — full of encouragement, respect, and great sportsmanship.
